Q What is the warranty on my product
A. The warranty for each of our products is based on the manufacturer's warranty policy. Q What payment method do you accept?
A. We accept PayPal or Direct Deposit. You can pay using a Credit Card via Paypal. We can also accept Purchase Orders if you have a credit account set up with us.
Q Are you able to help me with a product that isn’t listed on the Signal Group website?
A. We can generally provide the full range of Cisco products – including Used or Refurbished items when New products are no longer available. If we are unable to help we have partner companies that can order in the products from Cisco so simply contact us and we’ll help work out a solution.
Q Can I pick up from your warehouse?
A. No, currently we do not allow pickup from our warehouse. We offer Free Shipping Australia wide
Q Where do you ship your products to?
A. Any address in Australia except a PO Box. Certain Remote destinations may also have issues. If you live in one of these areas please contact us prior to ordering.

Q How long does it take to process my order?
A. Each item has a listed dispatch time and we endeavour to send your order on-time. In some cases we will ship stock directly to you from our suppliers. Some items will need to be ordered in from our suppliers and may take longer to reach you. If you need an item urgently please let us know and we’ll do our best to expedite.
Once dispatched an item generally will take 3-5 business days to arrive.
